What I've led.
The rest of this site is about what I build on my own — AI infrastructure, home automation, open source tools. This page is about the other decade: leading product organizations inside real companies, with real teams, real budgets, and real deadlines.
I think the two are more related than they look. Building solo with AI means I can go from idea to working software in a day instead of a quarter — which means the instincts I'd normally spend a career developing about what's worth building, I get to test constantly. I bring that same speed of judgment to leading a team: I've run engineering orgs of 15–20+ people, presented roadmaps to executives, owned budgets north of $250K, and translated ambiguous business problems into plans that actually shipped. The AI work isn't a side hobby that happens to look good on a resume — it's the same product instinct, just running at a different speed.

Payments API — card and DDA payment processing
- ·Own the product roadmap for FIS's payments API platform, which processes all card and DDA transactions across the organization
- ·Primary liaison between onshore and offshore engineering teams (15 engineers) — aligning priorities, unblocking delivery, maintaining velocity across distributed teams
- ·Cross-functional escalation point for API integration issues across 4 downstream dependent teams
- ·Present roadmap and delivery status directly to executive stakeholders, translating technical tradeoffs into business impact
